The most common usage of this material is for Quick Change Discs, but it may also be used as flaps in Flap Discs.

STS, with 2 different hardness options, offers high performance in demanding surface operations such as weld cleaning, paint and rust removal. Silicon Carbide (Black) is more flexible and resistant to clogging, while Ceramic (Red) provides a harder and more aggressive cut.
